Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity in the world. The Preventive Cardiology Forum will provide leaders in the medical community with an intensive course and round table discussions on new knowledge and strategies on advances in cardiovascular disease prevention.

Continuing Nursing Education  -  The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center at Houston School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the  Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  This activity provides 4.75 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
