Suicide Prevention Webinar
Universal suicide screening is the best strategy to identify patients at risk in general healthcare settings whose risk would otherwise go undetected. Additionally, the implementation of suicide screening questions encourages open conversation about general mental health issues and facilitates the integration of mental healthcare and general healthcare. Nurses plays a key role in the identification and management of suicide risk. This webinar will include discussion of the evidence base for universal suicide screening, a framework for creating a clinical response, strategies for engaging stakeholders, and a plan for monitoring compliance.
The cost is $25 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
