Peer Review: Nursing Practice Safety Net
Texas hospital nurses are protected by strong peer review laws. However, many nurses do not know the intricacies of their rights. This webinar kicks off a 5-part series on Nursing Peer Review that includes a deep dive into peer review and delves into the work of peer review committees, how peer review allows nurses to deal with practice issues at the facility level, and what a nurse’s rights are regarding peer review. Webinars 1 through 3 will be held in May. Webinars 4 and 5 will be held in the fall and will address what nurses and CNOs need to know about Nursing Peer Review.
Once you enroll, if you have a specific peer review question, email TNA Practice Director Ellen Martin at firstname.lastname@example.org. TNA wants to ensure that the webinars are reflective of what nurses are facing at work.
The cost is $25 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
