The Texas Nurses Foundation Board of Directors is honored to award funds to support the continuing nursing education of up to three TNA Annual Conference attendees.

Award Information

The Texas Nurses Foundation is thrilled to announce the continued funding of awards to attend the upcoming Texas Nurses Association 2026 Annual Conference, "Strength in Unity, Excellence in Action." TNF will be administering these awards, which are expected to be disbursed in June 2026, after the conference. The TNF Board of Directors will review eligible applications and up to three awards of $1000 each are anticipated to be approved at the April 2026 TNF Board of Directors Meeting.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must plan to use awards fund to help with registration, hotel, travel and other incidental costs of attending the conference.
2. Applicants must either be an RN or an LVN, or a Nursing Student currently enrolled in a nursing program.
3. Applicants must submit an essay as part of the online application below.
4. TNA and TNF Board Members and TNA & TPAPN Staff, and their respective family members, are not eligible.

Application Instructions

2. Attach a copy of your resume/CV to the application prior to submission.
3. Provide an essay of no more than 250 words answering the following question: How will attending this TNA Conference contribute to my professional development, and why should I receive this award?
4. Deadline to apply: March 13, 2026

• Commitment to TNA and the nursing profession
• Financial or Other Need
