Civic Leadership Pledge

 

The Texas Nurses Foundation is promoting civic engagement among nurses who, according to surprising research, are 12 to 23% less likely to vote than the average American. Join us in committing to raising awareness around voting opportunities in your community.

Based on your civic leadership commitment we will follow up with materials, toolkits, training, and opportunities to make your voice heard. For example, if you commit to voting, we will share information about upcoming elections you may be eligible for. If you commit to making your voice heard locally, we will share upcoming civic engagement opportunities like city council meetings, open public comments, and local town halls.
