This workshop covers the key principles of effective continuing education and outcome-based continuing nursing education. Participants will learn how to identify knowledge gaps, develop learning outcomes, and align teaching strategies with content. In a departure from previous workshops, this program focuses on the principles of individual activity development to provide learners have the background to complete the individual activity application form but will not focus on the form itself.
