Nurses and other frontline health workers have exhibited tremendous self-sacrifice in the fight against COVID-19, often risking their own physical and mental health to provide essential care. Yet, even as they work tirelessly to care for others, it is critical that first responders be able to identify their own needs, and take steps to meet them. In this session, we’ll confront the challenges and necessities of practicing self-care in these unprecedented times.
