In a recent publication, the TNA Practice Director points out the value of transformational leadership in addressing the needs of frontline nurses as they face the ongoing challenges of the COVID 19 pandemic. Reports indicate that leadership-clinician trust and connectedness are critical variables in managing the uncertainty associated with the Pandemic. Transformational leadership patterns of engagement have been proven successful in creating highly effective leader-clinician relationships in nursing. This webinar presents transformational leadership key principles and illustrates how they can be applied by mid-level and executive nurse leaders during these extraordinary times.
