Dawn Webb, MSN, RN-BC, Program Director will present an Overview of TPAPN. Corinne Hernandez, MS, LCDC, Case Manager will provide information regarding the peer support model and role, motivational interviewing techniques, trauma informed care, mental health support, person centered care and strategies on working with TPAPN participants.
