The health care landscape has been drastically impacted by the COVID pandemic.  Nursing has changed in ways we could not imagine, exacerbating a labor shortage.  This presentation will focus on how Memorial Hermann is looking towards the future and exploring Virtual Models of Care to improve patient outcomes and meaningfully support the bedside clinical care teams. In this session, you will learn how Memorial Hermann is exploring virtual care models to support medical-surgical nursing care, and a case study on how they utilized a remote nursing labor force for specialized care management tasks.
