The workshop is designed to provide information on Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health in Nursing and Peer Support, increase engagement & networking opportunities amongst volunteers & offer a platform for collaboration and skill building.

If planning to come in person, please register by July 7th so that we can ensure we have food and/or space available. 

Agenda to include: 

Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health in Nursing (1.2 contact hours)
Identify substance use and mental health conditions among nurses
Reduce Stigma surrounding substance use and mental health conditions in the nursing profession
Understand reporting requirements and self-referral
Support nurses in their recovery journey
