With a diverse workforce of nurses in Texas, one hospital developed a robust onboarding program to help internationally educated nurses acclimate to working in their health system of hospitals. Learn how the program uses ambassadors for foreign-trained nurse onboarding to create a climate of inclusivity and belonging. Registration information is below.
