In this installment of the TPAPN Peer Support Program, we seek to broaden participants' understanding of mental health and its profound impact on overall well-being. It will cover various aspects of mental health and its effect on individuals' lives. We will discuss practical approaches for supporting those with mental health conditions and emphasize the critical role nurses play in advocating for mental health care. 

The module aims to empower nurses to speak up about mental health issues and contribute positively to the mental well-being of their patients and communities, reinforcing the importance of mental health in holistic health care.
