PSPs are a fundamental aspect of the TPAPN process. They provide support, guidance, encouragement and more to participants on their recovery journey. While lived experience with substance use disorder or mental health issues is useful, any nurse can become a PSP. All you need is the shared experience of being a nurse. TPAPN Peer Support Partner Role of the PSP will provide information to Nurses interested in becoming a Peer Support Partner.
