COVID-19 has had a greater impact on the quality of life of socioeconomically-challenged populations. The pandemic has further brought to light existing health disparities and has resulted in a wider gap in social equity. Innovative cross-sector collaborations
can help reduce the negative effect of COVID-19 on vulnerable people. Learn the challenges faced by these populations, along with approaches during the pandemic to meet their needs. Participants can earn free CNE.

2019 (COVID-19), the Nurse Talks Empowerment Series will be accessible for individual nurses to login directly rather than attend a facilitated session. Please share this link with colleagues so they can register.
The Nurse Talks Empowerment Series is designed to bring diverse groups of nurses together to engage in thoughtful conversation about important topics. Nurse Talks sessions are live webinars viewed with other nurses. After the short presentation and Q&A session, attendees will have a brief discussion with other nurses in attendance in a breakout room.
