The Texas Nurses Foundation is accepting contributions to help the nurses affected by the disastrous flooding across Texas.

From July 2-6, 2025, Central Texas was struck by catastrophic flash flooding leaving a trail of devastation impacting numerous communities. The rapid onset and severity of the flooding has resulted in unprecedented destruction and loss in 21 counties, with Kerr County receiving the brunt of this disaster. As nurses are critical in disaster relief efforts, it is necessary to keep in mind that they and their families are also often affected by the same emergency.  In response, the Texas Nurses Foundation Disaster Relief Fund has been established to help ease the financial burden some of our Texas nurses may be facing.

The Texas Nurses Foundation is accepting contributions to help the nurses affected by the disastrous flooding across Texas. To donate, please click the link below and select 'TNF Disaster Relief Fund' under the Campaign Funds menu.  All money collected will be distributed directly to nurses living in any one of the Texas counties declared disaster areas. 

The amount of money distributed to each nurse requesting assistance will be determined by the amount of money collected beginning July 7, 2025, and ending October 12, 2025. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who have been impacted. To those Texas communities in need, know you are not alone. There is truly power in numbers, and we are here to help.
