We've got a busy few days coming up with the 2016 Legacy Banquet and House of Delegates. To help you out, we've put together a handy list of events at our venue, The Westin Austin Hotel at The Domain. It's at 11301 Domain Drive, Austin, Texas, 78758 . Self-parking is free.
Friday 4/15/2016
4 - 5 p.m.
Delegate Issues Forum/Candidate Interviews – Lantana Room
Delegate materials will be distributed (bring with you on Saturday morning)
No Delegate credentialing
6 - 7 p.m.
Reception – Leaders and Legends of Texas Nursing (ticketed event) – Primrose Ballroom
Cocktail Attire
Cash Bar
Raffle Tickets (benefiting the Texas Nurses Foundation)
7 - 9 p.m.
Dinner – Leaders and Legends of Texas Nursing (ticketed event) – Primrose Ballroom
Saturday 4/16/2016
7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Delegate Credentialing/Networking Breakfast – Primrose Ballroom
Marie Manthey book signing – books available for purchase, or bring your own
Bring your Delegate Handbook if you received it Friday evening
Payments due from Districts/Delegates ($50 delegate fee or $25 delegate if delegate attended Legacy Banquet the evening before)
Bring a wrap or jacket as the temperature may fluctuate
There is no WiFi in the meeting room but there is WiFi in the hotel lobby
8:30 - 11:45 a.m.

This is an audience participation activity for delegates and HOD observers
Your table number will be on the back of your nametag

Lunch/Voting
Lunch will be served in the Plumeria and Lantana Rooms
Voting may be done with your cell phone or at one of the voting stations in the meeting room foyer
Voting ends at 12:45 p.m.
12:45 - 3 p.m.
TNA 2016 House of Delegates Information and Business Session
Only delegates may vote
Observers will be seated at tables outside of the delegate floor
